LX300™ Helicopter

Your Trusted Ally,
Ready to Serve

Every day, Laflamme combines innovation and trust to open new perspectives for your aerial missions. The LX300™ is the result of ingenuity and excellence and is therefore able to adapt to any of your missions.

Remotely Piloted LX300™

A An Advanced Rotor Technology

With its small-diameter rotors and advanced technology, as well as its blades and fuselage made of composite materials, the LX300™ can fly with confidence in more challenging conditions.

B Autopilot

The autopilot, specially designed for the LX300™, supports advanced features such as obstacle detection and automated avoidance maneuvers, which enhance overall performance. Thanks to this, strong winds and difficult conditions are no longer a problem for your missions.

C Center of Gravity Envelope

Thanks to its tandem-rotor configuration and dedicated autopilot, the LX300™ offers a wide center of gravity envelope and an automatic weight-and-balance function. This results in an autopilot capable of distributing power between the two rotors based on the exact position of the aircraft’s center of gravity. This system allows:

  • to drop off a load even if it is not located directly below the center of gravity.
  • to quickly switch from one configuration to another.
  • to carry out missions that affect the position of the center of gravity (aerial spreading, sling operations, etc.).

D Multi-missions System

Our helicopter can be reconfigured in a few minutes to adapt to different missions.

  • A tandem-rotor technology and a quick-attach system allow for extended operations for different types of missions.
  • The payload integration system allows for the easy integration of payloads weighing up to 180 kg.
  • The payload integration system can be used to support heavy loads in the main 200 L (7 ft³) compartment, or multiple payloads at different locations in the aircraft.
  • Four (4) compartments can adapt to different types of missions.

E Continental CD-170R Engine

The Continental CD-170R Diesel engine offers an interval between replacements of 1,200 hours.

Ground Control Station (GCS)

The standard ground control station (GCS) is robust and easy to use.

  • Designed according to the STANAG 4586 protocol.
  • Rugged construction.
  • Console with multiple customizable displays.
  • Include compact and practical Belly-Pack.
  • Autopilot and manual modes.
  • Easily programmable and modifiable flight plans.

Mobile Station

This mobile station is actually much more than a GCS. This vehicle includes, in addition to the standard GCS and the Belly-Pack, integrated antennas, storage spaces, and a workshop. Moreover, since this station is an all-terrain vehicle, it also allows for the transportation of both the LX300™ and the required equipment to the appropriate location.

Standard Station and Simulator

Disconnect the standard CGS from the antenna and reconnect it to the simulator in order to execute mission planning and training.
